Here is a bubbly cocktail just in time for Mother's Day (and better yet, its from my Mother!!!)
- 3/4 oz VSOP cognac
- 1 dash Paychaud's
bitters
- 1tsp hibiscus syrup
- 1 wild hibiscus
- Chilled Barefoot Bubbly.
Make with either Barefoot Bubbly Brut or Extra Dry!
You can actually eat the flower!! You can get the hibiscus syrup and bottled flowers at Whole Foods or any specialty grocery store.
