Wine Pairing: Moscato

Ingredients

  1. Chicken * (1 for each person)
  2. thinly sliced deli ham
  3. swiss cheese
  4. whipping cream
  5. 2 eggs
  6. bread crumb
  7. tooth picks

Instructions

  1. pound out your chicken * so that they are thin and can be rolled up.
  2. turn the breast over so that the undersid of the breast is facing you.
  3. layer ham and cheese (as much as desired)
  4. roll up
  5. secure with tooth picks
  6. in a separte bowl mix together whipping cream and eggs. then dunk rolled up chicken in whipping cream.
  7. in a separte bowl pour your breading. After chicken has been dunked in whipping cream/egg mixed throughly coat with bread crumbs.
  8. placeinto any size baking dish (helps to spray pan/dish with pam first) so that the seam is facing up (this will help keep all of the cheese from leaking out while cooking).
  9. bake at 350 for 1 hour and serve!
